Our chocolates are made slowly, in our Hobart kitchen, using familiar flavours and considered design. We work closely with couples and planners across Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales to create favours and dessert experiences that feel true to you — not just what’s trending.

At Kenyak, we offer custom chocolate tables and platters that double as both dessert and decor. Whether you're curating a relaxed grazing-style reception or looking to add a whimsical element to your after-dinner hour, our chocolates make a beautiful (and edible) centrepiece.
Each chocolate is handmade in Hobart using nostalgic, familiar flavours — think strawberry jam, rich caramel, toasted coconut, or our best-selling Bellini — and can be styled in clusters, tiered trays, or loose arrangements across your grazing table amongst flowers and linens. We recommend selecting 5–7 flavours to create visual interest and give guests variety without overwhelming them.

We work with couples and event planners across Tasmania, and can courier chocolates for platters nationally with insulated packaging. We work by hand with Chocolate from Felchlin. They've been making it in Switzerland for over 100 years. It is truly exceptional stuff. Kosher & Halal Certified too.
We choose to shell our Individual Chocolates in a 55% Dark and 38% Milk Chocolate respectively. With the odd touch of White or Gold Choc where the recipe calls for it

Australia is lucky to have some of the most surreal Honey's in the world. And we consider ourselves pretty lucky to get to showcase it. We're currently using;
Tarkine Wilderness Honey from Blue Hills Honey. Sourced from hives placed deep in the Tarkine rainforests in NW Tasmania for extended periods of time. Bathed in the cleanest air in the world.
