  • Yes. Rumours of a fan club with some rather wild special privileges are true.

    If you have to ask, chances are you haven’t delighted in enough treats from us yet. We’ll let you know when you have.


  • We don’t have a store (just yet), but occasionally pop our heads up to offer tasty treats.

Ordering & Availability

  • Yes. All Kenyak chocolates are available to purchase online through our store here.

  • We aim to restock our core range of products within three weeks if they sell out. During Peak Production Times, this might take longer.

    If something you love is sold out you can join the waitlist on the product page, or email us directly through the contact page to get an ETA.

  • Core products are available year-round, while seasonal collections such as Easter are available for a limited time.

  • Pre-order availability depends on the season. Any pre-order options will be clearly listed on the Easter collection page.

  • Easter products are produced in limited quantities and may sell out. Ordering early is recommended.

    In 2025 we sold out two weeks before Easter.

Shipping

  • Yes. Kenyak ships chocolates Australia-wide from Tasmania, including all major cities and regional areas.

  • We dispatch all online orders Monday through Wednesday via Express Post.

    Standard delivery times from dispatch are

    • 1 Business Day for Metro

    • 2 to 3 Business Day’s for Regional

  • We ship all orders express by default.

  • We regularly monitor the forecast throughout warmer months.

    At times we may pause shipping until a cooler window arrives. You will see black alert banner at the top of our website, and receive a personal message from Doc.Choc after ordering if this is the case.

  • We wrap all online orders in insulated bubblewrap and carefully pack them into thick cardboard boxes.

    During the warmer months, we include complimentary icepacks on all orders.

    We wrap your goodies up tight like a newborn; once they leave us, they’re out of our control. Kenyak is not responsible for damage or delays incurred during transit, or by third party couriers. But if something goes astray, we will do our best to find a solution for you.

  • Absolutely. Kenyak chocolates are popular gifts and can be sent directly to recipients Australia-wide.

  • Yes. Our Easter chocolate eggs are available for delivery across Australia during the Easter season.

Storing Chocolate

  • If you miraculously don’t eat them all at once, keep them in the kitchen cupboard. Just not the spice one. If it get’s hot, put the whole box in the fridge. Crazy, we know. Leave it on the bench for an hour before diving back in

  • Our treats are handmade wth short best befores. Eat them, don’t hoard them!

    Each product has an individual best before label. Our Chocolate boxes have an 8 week shelf life.

Products

  • Our Chocolate boxes are available in 11 or 23 pieces. Each box contains a mix of flavours in pairs, with one special treat for savouring. Or fighting over. Whichever comes first.

  • Yes. All Kenyak chocolates are handmade in small batches in Tasmania using high-quality ingredients.

  • We work exclusively with Felchlin Chocolate from Switzerland which is an exceptionally high quality product.

    We’re focused on flavour, craftsmanship, and distinctive design.

  • Yes. Kenyak releases a limited Easter collection each year featuring handcrafted chocolate eggs and seasonal designs.

    In 2025 they were shortlisted in Broadsheet Magazines Roundup of the Best Easter Chocolates in Australia.

  • Our Easter range will launch on the 25th of February. You can join the mailing list on our homepage to receive early access.

  • Yes. Kenyak Easter eggs are designed to be gift-worthy, with unique designs and premium chocolate.

  • Our chocolates are produced in a small kitchen with common allergens.
